You may have experienced much disappointment in your life as you were growing up when people let you down. I understand how painful this has been and how it has shaped your view of what love is. Especially when this hurt has come from the ones who were meant to love you with parental love.

But today dear child, I want you to know at a deeper heart level that the fragile, conditional love you have experienced is nothing like the eternal, unconditional love I have for you. Because I am your true Father and My love will never fail you.

And I want you to know that My love for you is not based on your wavering faith, but on My steadfast faithfulness. For it is as faithful as the rising sun and as immovable as the highest mountain. If you would just open your heart and dare to believe this is true, your anxious heart will be set at rest as you begin to trust Me. All the while knowing that you can really depend on My love to carry you today, tomorrow and forever.
