My love parents you.

You were created to flourish in an environment of perfect love when you were little. A love that should have been expressed in a feminine form through your mother, and in a masculine form through your father. For just like a bird needs two wings to fly, you needed a healthy demonstration of both of your parents' love in order to flourish in life.

I understand why your parents couldn't love you like you needed to be loved dear one, and My heart is filled with compassion not only for you, but for them as well. For they could only love you with the same love that their parents were able to give to them. But be encouraged knowing that even if they abandoned you, I will hold you close to My heart.

For My love parents you in every way that you need to be parented. My fatherly love protects and provides and affirms you. My motherly love comforts and teaches and nurtures you. So today dear one, do not let your past parental experiences with love define who you are. For I promise to re-parent you in every area of your life where you need both a father's love and a mother's love.
